The PDAIP Property Manager, or PMGR, is a complete administration package for Residential Letting and Management Agents with small portfolios of properties.

If you switch from a single bed to a double bed in bedroom 3, the description of that property is automatically altered and the property listed in another sleeps category.

You can run PMGR from anywhere in the world with internet access - with detailed admin logs your staff do not need to tell each other what they have done, it is all automatically detailed in the records. Telecommuting is simple with PMGR, even if you are on the other side of the world.
Easy administration
PMGR includes a reminders diary, to remind you when a cleaner is required as a tenant is leaving, or remind you that a tenant's extension is up for renewal, or remind you that a customer still hasn't made up their mind and needs chasing.
If you don't check PMGR constantly, PMGR can contact you by email or SMS text message whenever a customer has made an inquiry via your website, so you can immediately process their inquiry.
PMGR provides a full administration cycle for tenants - generating outgoing letters or emails, confirming the booking and preparing the data for export to Sage.
